First of all dummies can't do FOREX trading but someone with a decent intelligence level can certainly do it. Although FOREX trading is a great way to make a very good income if you use it unwisely it could lead to huge financial loss as well. That is why it is important to spend time some learning the techniques, terminology related to FOREX trading and why you should train and build up your confidence using a practice account. There are different reactions to using a practice account with some saying it isn't the real thing and you should start trading for real straightaway and learn stuff while doing it but I prefer to try out my strategies using the practice account before doing it for real. Finally it comes down to what you are comfortable with and most newbie’s are far more comfortable doing the practice trading first.

There are hundreds of people out there who are offering various courses promising to teach you how you can make thousands of dollars in few months or even days. They also have beautiful looking images and charts to make it look very convincing. But if they are making such amounts for themselves then they don't have any need make money selling e-books and DVD because surely they can earn that amount through trading. There are few that are really worth the money you spend on them but they are far and few between which is a real shame.

There are always lazy people and for people who don't want to spend time learning all the details about FOREX trading then there is the option of using a FOREX robot. Basically they are software that analyze the past data and make automated trades or suggestions for you. One advantage of this is that you don't have to spend a whole lot of time analyzing data and of course since they are done using the computer chances are they are far more accurate that your calculations. Although analyzing charts helps a lot when it comes to making trading decisions there are few factors that is simply beyond a computers capability. For example it could be an announcement about foreign aid, cut down in jobs etc where you have to react accordingly. You do need to have some expertise to do those so for a lazy beginner a robot could be a good option.
